Final Fantasy VII Remake will release on March 3rd 2020.

Announced at the ‘Final Fantasy VII: A Symphonic Reunion’ concert on Sunday, the hugely anticipated remake finally has a date that was accompanied by a new trailer, which you can see below.

The new trailer, which debuted during the concert, gave us more of a look at some action-packed gameplay and some gorgeous cinematics before the big reveal of a release date.

Originally revealed during PlayStation’s E3 2015 press conference with a teaser trailer, the journey to this point has been rocky to say the least. With development cancelled and brought in house by Square Enix, it was thought that this could be a lot further off than 2020.

The game releases worldwide on PS4 in March, with no details regarding other console or a possible PC release being shared.
