Codemasters' rebooted franchise GRID has a new trailer for the game which promises four cities and eight circuits, with over eighty different routes to race around. In addition, you'll be able to create rivalries with AI players who have over 400 varying personalities and driving abilities.

Chris Smith, Codemasters' GRID Game Director, said "We want to build on GRID’s legacy and create a game that focuses on choice & accessibility... we want players to feel excited no matter where they finish - whether that’s in first place or coming out on top against your arch nemesis."

There are 104 launch challenges planned for the game's release, including taking on Fernando Alonso. Handling options have been provided for both casual and hardcore racing fans, which means GRID promises to be the most accessible entry in the TOCA series to date.

GRID launches on Xbox One, PC and PS4 on October 11th.

I've been gaming since the days of the Amstrad. Huge RPG fan. Planescape: Torment tops my list, but if a game tells a good story, I'm interested. Absolutely not a fanboy of any specific console or PC - the proof is in the gaming pudding. Also, I like cake.
